At ZOYA, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. All orders are delivered through Bosta, our trusted shipping partner, covering every governorate across Egypt.
Order Processing
Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll be notified once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times (standard Bosta shipping)
• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Other governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during sales, peak seasons, or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate, according to Bosta's standard rates. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over LE 2,500.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide — simply pay in cash when your order arrives.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details to follow your shipment with Bosta every step of the way.

تجهيز الطلب
يتم تأكيد الطلب وشحنه خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل، وسيتم إخطاركِ فور خروج الطلب للتوصيل.
مواعيد التوصيل (شحن بوسطة القياسي)
• القاهرة والجيزة: 1–3 أيام عمل
• باقي المحافظات: 2–5 أيام عمل
مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف قليلاً خلال فترات التخفيضات أو المواسم أو الإجازات الرسمية.
رسوم الشحن
تُحتسب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب حسب محافظتك ووفقًا لأسعار بوسطة القياسية. توصيل مجاني لجميع الطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 2,500 جنيه.
الدفع عند الاستلام
نوفر خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام في جميع أنحاء مصر — ادفعي نقدًا عند وصول الطلب.

بعد شحن طلبك، ستصلك بيانات التتبع لمتابعة شحنتك مع بوسطة خطوة بخطوة.
