14-Day Window
You may request an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days when there's an issue with the product or the size:
• Size or preference (customer's choice): if you'd like a different size or another item, the return and re-delivery shipping cost is covered by the customer.
• Defect or error on our side: if the item arrived faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, ZOYA covers the full shipping cost of the exchange.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days, subject to the same eligibility conditions above.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of your refund approval.
• Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, via bank transfer or InstaPay for Cash-on-Delivery orders.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو استرجاع المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا من استلام طلبك.
شروط القبول
يجب أن يكون المنتج:
• غير مستخدم، غير مغسول، وغير تالف
• بحالته الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات (التيكيت) سليمة
• مصحوبًا بما يثبت الشراء
الاستبدال
يسعدنا قبول الاستبدال خلال 14 يومًا في حال وجود مشكلة في المنتج أو المقاس:
• اختلاف المقاس أو الرغبة (اختيار العميلة): إذا رغبتِ في استبدال المنتج بمقاس مختلف أو بمنتج آخر، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع وإعادة التوصيل.
• عيب أو خطأ من جانبنا: إذا وصل المنتج به عيب، أو تالفًا، أو مخالفًا لما تم طلبه، تتحمل زويا كامل تكلفة شحن الاستبدال.
استرجاع المبلغ
يمكنك طلب استرجاع المبلغ خلال 14 يومًا، وفقًا لنفس شروط القبول المذكورة أعلاه.
• بمجرد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنقوم بإخطارك بالموافقة على الاسترجاع.
• تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة خلال 3–5 أيام عمل، عبر التحويل البنكي أو إنستاباي (InstaPay) لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام.
• رسوم الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب عيب أو خطأ من جانبنا.
